Terms and Conditions

 

Hotel Terms and Conditions​

  • All rooms have a maximum occupancy of two people, except for our family room which can accommodate up to 2 children (under the age of 12) sharing a sofa bed or 2 x Z-beds. There is an additional charge for extra occupants.

  • Check out time: By 11 am.

  • Check in time: 3 pm.

    • Earlier or later check in & check out times can be pre-arranged prior to arrival but may incur some additional charges.

  • This is a non-smoking property throughout, if a guest is found smoking in their room a £200 charge will be added to their bill. This applies to e-cigarettes.

  • All Bramley products must be left in the room, if these are removed a fee of £10.00 per bottle will be charged to your card.

  • Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms

Payment Policy

Your card details will be taken at the time of booking to secure the room for you and as a guarantee for the hotel for any outstanding balances or breakages.

 

Full payment will be taken on departure and any extra charges incurred during your stay (including any food or drink purchased in the restaurant) will be added to your final bill.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing, via email, to Info@queensinn.co.uk

Cancellations or part cancellations of bookings:

Over a week before your booking = free cancellation

Within a week of your booking = 50% of total booking

Within 48 hours of booking = 100% charge

 

Restaurant & Bar Terms and Conditions

  • We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time.

  • Your table will be booked for 1 hour 30 minutes for parties of up to 2; and 2 hours for parties of 3+.

  • We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.

You can find our Breakfast Menu and our Main Menu and Pizza Menu on our website. Some menu items may be different due to product shortages, or seasonal menu changes. Separate children's menu for under 12's also available.

 

If you are planning to bring a dog with you, we MUST be made aware of this in advance as we have a limited number of dog-friendly tables. Please add this to your booking notes or give us a call on 01580 754233.

 

Please note that all table allocations are randomly selected to different sections based on where we can accommodate all of our guests. Any requests will be noted and we will try our best to fulfil them but these are not always guaranteed.

Outdoor tables cannot be reserved, they are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

 

HOLIDAYS / SPECIAL OCCASIONS

For traditionally busy days in hospitality, (e.g. Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) we may offer a set menu that differs from our usual menus. A non-refundable deposit of up to £20 per head will be required to secure the booking.

Set Menu’s will be available on our website. A separate children's menu for under 12's also available.

Large Groups / Functions

For bookings of 10 or more people we require a deposit of £10 per head, the total amount of deposit paid will be taken off your final bill at the time of paying.

We will also require a pre-order. A menu will be sent to you and the pre-order needs to be received by us within a few days of the date of the booking.

Privacy Policy

Please be aware that we will need to take your full name and phone number, or email address, for all restaurant reservations. Your full name, phone number, email address, postcode and credit card details will be required for hotel reservations.
